Vehicles with armor 4+ (T-1000, Floppy Truck) let you fight through road blocks. Armor 2 vehicles (Reventador, Charged) should detour around roadblocks.
Mexico border final fight
Survive ~2 minutes against waves of police. Juggernaut class (+100% HP, Minigun) is the strongest option; EX-MILITARY (Sniper) is the paid-class alternative.
